

Track and Field is an inclusive, non-cut sport.
If you show up to practice everyday, work hard, and listen to your coaches, there is a spot for you on the team

It is time to start getting ready for the 2023 Track and Field season, which begins on February 6th. In the meantime (if you aren't doing a winter sport), you are are highly encouraged to show up to preseason track! We have workouts everyday after school from 3:20/3:45 to 5:15 and all are welcome.
Here is what you can do to start getting ready:

This week's Hammer Award goes to...

The Hoplite Award is presented to the athlete who was of the most notable service to the team outside of competition. This prestigious award recognizes a teammate's contributions of inspiration, (sometimes perspiration), readiness, and support. It is a direct reflection of the spirit of the Greek soldiers who invented the Olympics and famously said they were "only as strong as those on either side of them."
